@bob-jackman Yes, that dual opening hood operates flawlessly. It's a great model all around.

Rich, I always liked that feature on the Buicks of this era. Packard's of this same era also had the dual opening feature.

I've had this Buick since it was released, and though I wasn't originally a huge fan of it, it's grown on my and now sits front row on my shelf.  It really is one of Danbury Mint's most spectacular model's.  Your photos John, show the many reasons why it's so nice.  

Love it! Don't know why I passed this one up. Great pics of course.
