The '49 Buick Roadmaster is such a perfectly styled car, even a slightly imperfect replica is still a beauty!

@bob-jackman, well said. It's a testament to their excellence that they have held up this long.

I am a "Big Brooklin Fan" - everybody knows that. I have one of these Roadmaster models that I've had for several years, mine is a detailed version that I picked up at a fairly good price back then. Now, this is not one of the finer models in my collection. To be honest, it is kind of odd looking in more ways than one. It looks like a '49 Buick to a degree or if I dare say, a cartoonish version of it. With that, I still find it a charming little piece that I am pleased to have. In my collection, it represents where Brooklin Models was all those years ago and without it along with some others, we wouldn't have the Brooklin models we have today.
So, I agree that this has a "WOW" factor, and it garners a smile every time I see it or photos of it. Thank-you everyone for all the comments and the original post that started this thread. I've enjoyed reading all of the thought and reactions.
Here's mine...

@mg-harv I will not call this one a precision model. It doesn't have glazing neither an interior. If you are interested in 1952 Buicks, Conquest did a Super Riviera and a Convertible in several colors. I also believe there was a SW. Their casting was sharp with many individual chrome parts and details were very nice for the time. I had a blue with grey top Riviera.
