I never thought about it until @mg-harv and @skip posted their Ferraris that both Mercury of Italy and Tekno of Denmark got in the same act. Tekno's Ferrari 750 Monza came out in 1958 and lasted until 1972. So Mercury was a bit newer in 1966 - wonder if they saw the Teknos and said: "we can do this better!" 😀 The Teknos had race numbers 1-7 and matched the countries and colors. So a little more systematic than Mercury and maybe slightly less realistic. Here are my English versions!
