Need a Newcon Ferrari 250GTO wheel and some paint

I got a VERY good deal on this Newcon #1 Ferrari GTO many years at a Chicago Ferrari dealer because it had been dropped on the floor. I have finally decided to replace the wooden block and am looking for suggestions on a replacement rear wheel(s) and touch up paint. Anyone? Thanks,David
