Kess (resin, China for Italy) came out with the two Superflows last year and now two more have made it to the US. Alfetta Spider Pininfarina 1972 Yellow, and Giulia Severtail 1967 Bronze. Both have a bit of a Kamm tail and are 2-doors but that is about it for similarities.
The Severtail was designed by Carrozzeria Casale from Bassano del Grappa, IT, as a one off on the Giulia platform. Some online folks have called it the ugliest Alfa ever! Maybe Casale imbibed too much of the local product. 😉 I would love to see it in person, but it is supposedly still in the Casale family collection. On the 1/43, the two-tone green interior is very nice as well as the exterior paint. I am not a fan of the window trim (bright PE) - it is in place but too thick I think. In person, it looks OK if not in direct light.
The yellow Spider is a different story. Designed by the famous Pininfarina in the early 1970s as a type of safety car. Safety yellow of course, but now it resides in red in the Alfa Museo. The designers were worried about spider or soft-top safety concerns from the US market / regulations and so built a Targa or removeable roof version. Also lights were incorporated into the black plastic safety bumpers. The black window trim is much nicer here in 1/43 scale. I chose the yellow over the red Kess open version only because I have plenty of red Alfas. Plus safety yellow seems more appropriate for this design. If you look the side profile on the real one below, or in the photo above, I really like how the black bumpers on the front form an arc with the yellow body, and the front and rear black color really bookend the side profile.
Photos below are from Facebook and http://www.carrozzieri-italiani.com - so Kess overall did a great job on these two models. Kess even modeled the yellow wheel trim on the Spider. What do you think of these two?
Nice models. My favorite is yellow one. Cars in yellow are very visible and photograph nicely. It does get attention from others, but you do need to obey speed limits. I once had a yellow car and liked it.

Both are GORGEOUS! Like Ed, I prefer the Spider and love its color combo. It is advertised as the closed version so I can imagine it may be made as an open iteration at a later date. It would be nice if the top was removable.
The Severtail, in bronze, is Handsome!
