@graeme-ogg, thanks for the heads up. It should be fixed now.

"Yes!" on all fronts John with regard to this model. Stamp has done it, yet again. I've had convertibles my entire life, starting at age 17. A convertible ride can be more therapeutic than prescription drugs; few things in life can change one's disposition faster. 😀
@chris, there's something magical about loosening the clamps and hearing the sound of that top folding back. It's the sound of summer!

I'm nodding my head in agreement. I couldn't have said it any better...... that's all sentimental & nostalgic memory now (for me). My oldest convertible is a 2008... I just depress a button. 😔 😔 😔
This model seems to be very well done; another STAMP quality product. Personally it is too "new" for my collecting taste (my STAMP collection tops out with the '73 Caddy). I'm sure it will be a sales success and I look forward to more in the future. I would love to see '65 4drht & "66 2drht Caprices myself!
Fine video overview of this excellent Chevrolet, John. It's a terrific 1/43 model from Stamp. My Dad had a 1975 Chevrolet Caprice 2 door hardtop with a white vinyl top.

I second that request for a 1965 Caprice, first year for this badge that lasted for decades. I would pick "mist blue poly" (a medium metallic blue) with a black vinyl top.

For John Kuvakas and Chris Moroni:
You guys have it easy. I never had the luxury of 'pushing a button and hearing a motor' lower the convertible top I have owned. You have to sweat and wrestle with the top bars and folding material to appreciate the beauty of top down driving. All my convertible tops are manual. ('65 Porche 356; '57 Thunderbird; '93 Corvette)
@stanton-lyman, LOL! You're right! But I still enjoy that sound!

@stanton-lyman True, true... On my friend's Vettes, I remember reaching backwards, grabbing the tops and pulling them forward over our heads. T-birds with their "two-man tops" (or garage lifts) are the worst. T-tops were a bit easier but as John indicated....
Hearing that top go down is one of nature's greatest sounds! 😏 😏 😏
And PLEASE PEOPLE:
FOLD IN BOTH TOP LATCHES BEFORE YOUR TOP GOES DOWN!! PLEASE DO NOT DRIVE WITH YOUR TOP DOWN BUT WITH YOUR LATCHES UP!! AND PUT YOUR BOOT ON AS OFTEN AS POSSIBLE!!
