Current Market Value for a concours-quality, documented provenance, numbers matching tri-power four speed example: $82,000 - $140,000 high retail. For a good condition, running, highly presentable example: $50,000 - $70,000. (J.D. Power)

Checking the GTO box on the order form turned a Lemans into a future collectible for only $300. Judging by the current value of a Lemans vs a GTO, that was the best $300 a buyer could have spent.
