LOL, I read this while taking a sip of my morning coffee. I started to laugh while taking that sip and almost choked. This tickled my funny bone.

That was my "Shadow"!! She fit all of those things and more. She was a black lab/doberman mix.

Once upon a time I had a Doppy /Lab and a few years later I had a Rotton /Shepherd, both outstanding dogs, both super smart dogs, but the Rottweiler/German Shepherd was the most devoted. The Doberman/Labrador Retriever was a little too lazy but a great ratter, hated rodents. As males they would have been interested in that ad even though they were neutered.
No such thing as a bad dog, just bad owners.

..HA! I read that ad twice, but NEVER picked up on the fact that it was about a dog! 🙄 😯 🙄 😮
