Saw this on a reel and gave it a try. They are broccoli/parmesan chips.
Par boil broccoli florets
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Put down a 1/2 tsp of olive oil
Using a glass, smash a floret (or two) until thin over the oil
Sprinkle a generous portion of cheese
Sprinkle with red pepper flakes
Air Fry or broil until crisp
They are amazing!

Thankfully, I don’t eat broccoli (green or white), nor do I eat cauliflower (white or green)…

That looks/sounds T-Riffic. We love broccoli, I make it often and with different recipes. Can't wait to try this. Our favorite local eatery, The Smoky Mountain Brewery, has a version of this that everyone loves, Broccoli with Beer- cheese. I think I'm going to like this better! THANKS John!
