That Charger has excellent credentials but I do like the looks of the 442 more.

Two great-looking and performing automobiles at one of the high points of the muscle car era.

I don't have a preference when it comes to 60-70 muscle cars. That's why I voted tie. I like them all.

Charger please, no other muscle car beats the '68 - '70 Charger or Coronet in my opinion.  GMC mid-size styling after '67 do nothing for me.

The Charger may not look as good as it did, but it still looks great. My vote.

I really like the Charger so I gave it a nod.  But I have ridden in a 1969 Cutlass (My Aunt’s) not a 442 but a great ride.

Both are fantastic, but you can't go wrong with the 68-70 Charger. Charger gets my vote.💯🤑

I "like" the Charger, but I "love" the 4-4-2.  I graduated from high school in 1970 and was in awe of all the "Muscle" cars at the time.  I shook my head wondering if I'd ever be able to buy a NEW car, as at the time I was working at a Sears store in their catalog department, and preparing to attend one of our local junior colleges in the Fall.  I owned a '59 Chevy Impala, that compared to those Muscle machines looked ancient.

The charger is impressive and my favorite of the 3-year cycle, but the Olds is incredible. I owned a '70 Olds, although not a 442-I have driven one. My Olds was one of my favorite cars.

Oldsmobile for me.

Tougher than I thought. Once I saw the "W 30" on the Olds, it almost swayed my vote. The Olds was probably faster and certainly handled better. But the drop-dead gorgeous looks of the Charger won the day for me.

The Charger is drop dead beautiful but the Olds is no slouch in that department. For build quality the 442 gets my vote but would love either in my garage.

The Olds was a fairly nice looking car in this body style for '68 and gradually improved in looks through to '72.  The change in grille and tail end design was the main positive factor.  The '68 Charger was about as good as it gets IMHO and each passing year the changes made to it detracted slightly.  The chrome grille surround does not grab me at all.  Olds gets the nod today.
