Yep. Totally unlike me to buy a foreign car, but I was smitten by this Mitsu Starion. It was the first one in town and I bought it off the general manager of the Mistubishi dealership.

It actually had a bullet proof 4 cylinder truck engine and it was a dog until I installed a stage 2 turbo kit from Callaway turbo systems. Then it became a true 6-second car 0 - 60.

I've never seen this car before; we never had Mitsubishi in Canada back then.

The first Mitsubishi related car I recall seeing here was the early 70s Dodge Clot; which was actually a reliable car.

I liked the styling of the Starion.
