I studied time and motion in college for my business degree, but that particular movement wasn't covered.

Great advice.

Can't wait to try it.

So, I tried this movement.  Went to a really nice restaurant with a spoon tied around my neck.  And when I wasn't looking a knife ran away with my spoon.

Hey Frank,

I'd forgotten that old nursery rhyme. It was supposed to mean something political in the 16th Century but I can't remember what.

It was imaginary - just like Mother Goose (who wrote the poem).
