Yes it appears to be just that and maybe another one tucked in behind it.  At a glance it looks like the cab of a 1950 era pickup, but perhaps they still used it in '59.

I was wondering about the age of the truck too as it looks much older than the car. I know very little about Dodge trucks or how long they used that body style. Anyone?
