I bought both the GMC bud stake and the Chevy bud van and did a trade. Had to slightly alter the wheelbases but I'm happy with the results, especially the Pepsi truck.

This would be the most rare car I have so I guess it qualifies as a holy grail. It is a 1/24 scale 1996 NASCAR Kodak Monte Carlo driven by Sterling Marlin. The car was made by Brookfield Collectors Guild as a prototype but never made it to production. Usually only 1 to 5 of such prototypes were made back in those days to get approval from the sponsor, team owner, driver, etc.

@canuck @canuck nice catch. Great to have that rare piece in a collection. If you have some time suggest you check out Lu's 'Unique 1/24' post that has been going for a number of years. Lu has an incredible collection of rare models, production samples, paint samples and just generally some very interesting and diverse vehicles, including a number of competition cars that maybe of interest.
