The concept looks best in its final redesign without its removable top. There must have been a lot of body flexing on a fibreglass body built to this scale. Overall, a pleasant design that certainly looks like a Packard. Thanks John.

stunning concept. Here's a video which pretty much repeats the info in Johns link. Thanks John

Aside from that rather huge T-Bird roof, the car is super nice! As a pure top-down convertible, it is a KO!!  Thanks for another great educational car John!!

@perrone1 Tony, that was my first thought as well.  I guess Ford stole that from Packard.  Also the nose reminds me of the 1960's Batmobile.

Interesting little styling exercise, although I agree the overblown roof spoils it a little.

Looking at the pictures, two rather silly (and pretty irrelevant) thoughts sprang into my mind. First, I was struck by a curious resemblance to the front end of the Vauxhall Cresta PA

Front end

And second, the T-Bird roof needs a "porthole"

Packard porthole

Just ignore me. Everybody else does.

p.s. Half an hour later. Since I am busy amusing myself (if no-one else) I thought I would lower than bulgy roof a little bit.

@graeme-ogg

Graeme, that roof screamed out for the portal you gave it and the second rendering is even better! Excellent skills good sir, excellent!
