Wow, it's a tie for me. First, I like the RR better for it's more aggressive look, then
I like the Torino better because it's a hardtop but then the RR .... and then the Torino ....
So I gave up. It's a tie!

Today, this Mopar guy is choosing the Torino...
...mostly because I believe this Road Runner is not a true Road Runner, but rather a Satellite transformed into a Road Runner...two things give that away...the "Tuff" steering wheel was not available until 1971 & the exhaust tips are not correct for a Road Runner - they would be flatter & more oval...

I think it's just an owner modified Road Runner.
440 4 barrel wasn't offered in 69 either. The 6-pack style hood has hinges and isn't lift off. You could be right but it could be just a modified Runner.
