Because today in a flash I saw a Subaru suv or van with an Edsel-grill.
Am I right ?

Must not have been a new vehicle. Here's the current Subaru lineup and none appear Edselish.

Here is the 2007 Subaru Impreza with the same front styling as the larger Tribeca.

Okay, let me just say this. Compared to all the "every car/van looks a like" today cars, in hindsight the '58 Edsel and the '61 Plymouth are two of the most beautiful automobiles every produced.

Ha, the Tribeca could have been it.
It all went so fast and all I saw were the three stars in an Edsellike grill.
I think Ed nailed it.
