I like the longer nose of the Hudson, so it gets my vote today.  But both are nice looking.

Another vote for the Hudson - the chrome trim strips aft of the front and rear wheels, and especially along the sides of the hood, really make it look sharp!

Both are really attractive automobiles from the last full year of civilian car production before the WWII switch-over. I have a 1/32 scale Buick limousine from 1941, but my other 1941 auto is a 1/18 Chevrolet from Eagles Race.

2 fat fender forty’s favorites but the Hudson hood looks a bit too tall and I like the way the Buick fenders blend into the body and the door panels are extended to cover the running boards. Buick today!!

At initial look, both are handsome. But a sustained scrutiny reveals a somewhat troubling appearance of the Hudson's side windows. To my eyes, there's one too many; it's distracting. The nose is too tall, too prominent and upsets the delicate balance of a car this size.

The styling on the Buick flows in synchronicity! Buick, please John!

Buick is one of the two best styled cars for 1941, Cadillac being the other.
Beautiful flowing lines help make this my choice.

I went with the Hudson, to me it looks more elegant. Plus it's a better color combo.

'41 the year before I developed my dislike for Buick['43 up to '59] and 7 years before my liking of Hudson['48 up to '54]. Buick looks better to me, what Tony & David said.

I quite like both and the yellow really suits the Buick. I do prefer the Hudson lines however, especially the longer hood line.

I like them both but prefer the smoother, more modern lines of the Buick; including taller windscreen.

This is a tough one today, I like both cars.  However, for me it comes down to the "elongated" hood of the Hudson.  Sorry, it's a distraction to the otherwise nice styling of the car.  So today, I VOTE FOR BUICK!  And by the way, the colors on both cars are drop-dead beautiful.

Like em both.  The Hudson has a commanding appearance. The Buick is sporty maybe up even “hot” for that time period.
