'50 Buick or Oldsmobile?

That grille on the Buick is seductively scary! For sheer simplistic good looks, today I go with the Olds!

Hefty pair. I have only driven the Buick but I look at them as being too similar in design to make a choice. Both grills suit the cars.

I gave a slight edge to the Buick. The Olds to me has a sad, pouty face to it. 😭

I like the cleaner front end of the Olds but this one is close. The Buick grille seems a bit gimmicky to me.

Olds for me. It's smaller and better styled. Plus it's red, which is always a plus for me.

I once heard that the Oldsmobile grills referred to as "the crying grill". I liked it!

OLDSMOBILE for me! I like the Buick too, but against the Olds, it loses me.

George; Here are the '51 thru '54 Olds front ends. My favorite and less pouty of these years (including the '50) is the 1952, pictured here as a turquoise convertible. My least favorite is the '53.
