You know, I might be alone on this one, but when I vote for the "Which One?" each day, I'm only voting on the appearance and styling of one car over the other that my eyes appreciate.
But I read often that folks vote for a car because of the the way drove or handled. Sorry, but those things are NOT in my evaluation.
I'm strictly looking at the cars being side-by-side and which one I think looks better than the other. Okay this said, TODAY I will confess I like both cars a lot, but MY VOTE goes to the DESOTO because of the "toothy grill". I've always liked expressive grills the DeSoto has a fantastic one.
Yes! And the lines are clean and smooth and singularly sculpted. The Olds, just speaking for me, is handsome in a wholly different way. It exhibits a touch more testosterone and a hog-pen's worth of chrome trim.

George, there's no hard and fast rules for voting here. Some may vote on appearance and style, some may consider performance, and others may have nostalgic ties to a particular image...whatever floats one's boat.
