Ford looks the most modern and freshest. It wins followed by Chevy.

Ford definitely looks the more modern, but what we may choose today, as a set of 'retro-wheels' rather than what we might like to be seen driving at the time, may differ. I love this Chevrolet and would choose it today; but in '52, I'd choose the Ford.
Ford please for its drivability and relative modernity. Next for me is the Plymouth, one of our early family owned cars.
I like all three of these. The Belvedere is by far the rarest. I'm picking the Ford strictly for its flathead V8 but all three are very close.

+1 Ford by a nose.
My vote goes to the FORD, because of the "one-piece" windshield. The other two still featured the "split" version. I'd take the Chevy after the Ford, followed by the Plymouth. I find it interesting that the Ford is running away with #1 votes, but no above mentioned that "one-piece" windshield, as I did for the the reason.

@georgeschire George, I'm thinking the windshield being one piece is more important to you than others. I have always thought that a car being picked because it looks more modern is a strange reason for picking one car over another.

Point taken. We all have our reasons that one car looks better or worse than another. Regarding the "more modern looking" viewpoint, one car that I think really fits this scenario were the 1955 Ford's and Mercury's that were definitely "more modern looking" than the companies flagship car, the Lincoln. And the latter was the only car from the Big Three automakers that got left in the past with the revolutionary "new styling" of all the brands that year.

In '51 I would choose the Ford. In '53 I would have chosen the Ford but, in '52 it is the Chevy.
Going with Chevrolet, Ford then Plymouth.
