Fiesta for sure. I love its shape, its two toning, and the shape of its 'saddle bag' rear fenders.

Buick for me by a pug nose.  I love them both especially with no Connie.

This pair are far too bulky for my taste. The Chevy that year fitted my preferences far better.

I like both.  However, the OLDSMOBILE gets my vote for two reasons.  First, I like the more modern "wing" windows and windshield, along with the flatter side fenders.  And second, it's an Oldsmobile and you all know how I love them all.  Smile

Oh and one more thing.  I'd have loved if either Franklin Mint or Danbury Mint would have given us the '53 Oldsmobile Fiesta in a 1:24 scale diecast.  That would have been over the top fantastic for me!

The Odsmobile doesn't stand a chance compared to the Buick.

When the Motorama cars came out in 1953 I thought the Buick Skylark was the most beautiful car I had ever seen...and it still has that same effect on me yet today. Nothing wrong with the Fiesta but it's the Buick for me.
