'54 Dodge or Mercury?

I should be picking the Dodge as I really like the 1954 DeSoto but in this instance, I choose the Mercury which just looks right to me, trim and streamlined.

The '52 Mercury was alright, the '53 was very good, the '54 was great, '55 excellent, '56 I absolutely love.
Dodge I didn't like until '57 - '60 and I did not like them when they came out but over the years I grew to like them. Took me to '65 to love Dodge & Plymouth, loved the '62 Chrysler though.
