To me, the 1956 DeSoto Adventurer is iconic.
I like them both, but that particular red Chrysler 300 is “da bomb”! I’ve seen it many times & the interior is stunning!

Boy it could go either way for me but at this moment I'll pick the DeSoto.
👍 DeSoto, just a bit sportier. Both very sharp.

Hmmm, John, maybe you saw The Adventurer "Coffee Talk" this morning and this triggered tonight's "Which One".
The DeSoto for me, but like both.

The Desoto is really nice but The Chrysler 300 is iconic!
I just can't make up my mind. I think these two are my favorites of everything produced in '56, but they are so similar yet different. . . I voted "tie." Oh yes, I owned a '56 Plymouth for several years.
Like both, but the DeSoto by the slimmest margin.
Understated is a good thing, as this 300 is...but the glitz is so well done on the '56 Adventurer that I have to go with it tonight!

I will go with the DeSoto by a hair because of its trim and paint application. Both cars are stunning.
Chrysler. My favorite American car of the 50s. So clean and powerful.
Retired in Dunedin, Florida.
I like a man who admits when he's caught with his hand in the cookie jar. But hey buddy, steal away anytime. I was guilty of it too yesterday when I compared the '57 and '58 Oldsmobile's. In the end, we're all a team here on the Forum. Love your daily "Which One's" John!

George, I don't steal the '56 DeSoto. It was a trigger for my Chrysler / DeSoto compare.
