Nice math-up, John! I love the '59 Ford, but that red Chevy stole my vote.

They are both attractive automobiles, although, right now, I only have replicas of the 1959 Chevrolet with it's "cat's eyes" taillights. I had seen a superb '59 Ford Skyliner at one of our local Riverside summer cruise nights some years ago. As Dinah said, the 1959 Chevrolet was, " All new, all over again !"
The 59 Chevy is one of my favorite Chevy of the 50s. The 59 and 58 are my least favorite Fords of the 50s.
Based on Ford issues after the gorgeous '57, I have to vote for the Bow-Tie.
I like the Ford but the red livery swayed me to the Chevy.

Sometimes i have a hard time figuring out way I am attracted to some things. The 1959 Ford has always appealed to me. The Chevy has the fins and the eyebrows above the grill and cat eye taillights but I am still attracted to the Ford. Now that I think about it I dislike the 57, 58 and 60 Ford. Hmmm wonder if that is the reason.
I have to go with the Ford. Never liked the 1959 Chevrolet despite my father owning one.
I think if the Ford was shown in a different color, it might have gotten my vote, but with the Red on the Chevy, it popped off the page and gets my vote.
Im fond of the Ford, dad owned one when I was a kid. I liked that car. Plus, I've always liked the '59 Chevy as well. I'll go with a tie today.😊
If the paint jobs were reversed, the Ford would have won today. I'm a sucker for red cars.

Never cared for either one of them. I have no interest in either, but being a Ford man when it comes to full-size cars maybe I should voted Ford. No, being honest I will vote "no interest".
PS, I would have bought a Dodge or a T-bird or a Pontiac in '59.
