Buick has always had really beautiful automobiles and these from the 1950's are no exception ! All of them are knockouts as convertibles or in hardtop form.

Not interested. The first Buick I like is the 59.

My very first car was a ‘55 Buick Special 2dr ht in 1969. I was 17 and the country was in the midst of muscle car madness so an old Buick in a school parking lot amongst GTO’s, 442’s, SS Chevelle, Camaros, assorted  MoPar muscle, and ‘Stangs was pretty much either invisible or a subject of quiet laughter. I didn’t appreciate the car then but I’d love to own it now. I voted tie because I like them all.

I found this photo on the internet long ago, it’s not my car but is a virtual twin. Mine was a clean, rust free Kentucky car given to my wife and me as a wedding present. (Yes, l was married at 17. Still am, same girl!

I love all three. BUT, the '55, to me, is more simplistic in its styling. The grille is devoid of the over-round object of the '56 and I don't care for the gigantic grill of the '57. What may hurt the voting for the '55 is its color combo. While totally different, it may not be to everyone's liking. I prefer something more easy on the eyes; like this one:

Note: Just KEEP the to-die-for wire wheels!!

I like the 1956 best followed by the 1957. I think it builds on the 1955.

55-57 GM Cars are not my favorites, so I went with no interest.

For me it's the '56, it seems the most cohesive of the three, then the '55, followed by the '57. JMHO though.😁 Kev, I'd been proud to have had that bad boy.💯

I love them all. But my choices would be '57, '56, '55.

They all have the styling features I dislike Buick for.  The two, too big bullets or what ever you call them sticking out front, the little port holes on the side and the check mark the side trim makes, I just don't care for them. Beautiful examples of American Iron.

'55 best by far

'57

'56
