'65 Mercury or Oldsmobile?

Great looking and performing automobiles ! I am delighted to have diecast models of these mid-sized beauties.

The Merc is a very nice car but IMHO cannot compare to the styling of the Olds.

I've owned the 1966 iteration of both these cars. I enjoyed the Merc more. Hence, my vote.

Tough choice but I like the Comet's looks and size better.

Like them both a lot and have ridden in both back in the day, the Cyclone seemed a bit faster and seemed to handle a bit better. The Olds ride was smoother and felt a bit more luxurious and comfortable.
Olds is mid-size while the Mercury is the last year it was a compact and as usual I will choose the Mid-size most every time.

Tie. The size and shape of the Mercury has my attention. The olds looks a little bigger to me but I still like it very much.

Sometimes I find that when my decision is a close one I check out the other view perspectives; that usually solves it for me.

I like both but the Oldsmobile has slightly more appeal.

I went with the Olds as my best friend had one exactly as pictured.
