Poll: Which car from the 1959 FOMOCO Lineup? (4/23/2024)

If I could have but one, it'd be the T-Bird. My ranking order would be T-Bird, Continental, Ford, Mercury then Edsel.

T-bird the only FoMoCo car I would consider buying then/now, just did not care for '59 styling. 

Thunderbird

Ford

Mercury

Lincoln

Edsel 

Tbird for sure.  I do like the Continental , Merc ford then Edsel.  

Thunderbird for me too, followed by the pretty Ford

Continental at the top, followed by Ford, Thunderbird, Mercury and Edsel.

They are all attractive cars, although the Lincoln, Mercury and Thunderbird certainly stand out.

NOT the best year for Ford styling in my opinion.  I rank their line-up like this: 

1) Thunderbird  2) Mercury 3) Ford  4) Lincoln  5) Edsel 

My mind flashes back to 1958 for FoMoCo and my ranking would be like this: 

1) Edsel  2 Mercury  3) Thunderbird  4) Ford  5) Lincoln 

And then going forward to 1960, my ranking looks like this: 

1) Mercury  2) Edsel  3) Thunderbird  4) Ford  5) Lincoln

John, I like it when you give the entire company line-up for a particular year.  And also when you give a brand from each company for a certain year. 

T-Bird, Lincoln, Mercury, Edsel, Ford.

In order.....Galaxie for the easy win; then Thunderbird, Edsel, Lincoln, Mercury.

For me its T-Bird, Continental, Ford, Edsel, Mercury.
