The beautiful Continental wins, followed by the Ford.

'61 a great year for GM &  Ford after the terrible late '50's styling.

Ford, Mercury, Lincoln love them all.

I have to agree on the Continental, but then for 2nd a tie goes to the Ford and Mercury.

I'll be a man alone on this one.  Long time members of this Forum know how much I detest the "boxy" look of the Continental.  I can only apologize to all who don't understand that if I were to pick just one Big Three full-size car during the 50's/60's era that I really don't like, that Lincoln gets my vote for ugliest, no-imagination to any attempt at styling for a car.  The last beautiful Lincoln was the 1956.  After that, the stylists literally lost their minds.

And I guess I'd take the Mercury over the Ford, but only by a little bit.

Ford, Mercury, then Lincoln. I thought Ford greatly improved all their designs for 1961.

I agree with Ed today. And I gotta add that the Ford looks outstanding in that color. The Merc, for me, isn't even a close third. I find it very plain looking.
