In a general conversation, I’d pick the ‘56 without thinking about it. But I am surprised that after looking at the photos of these two and a couple others, for the Windsor. I really like the ‘55 more.

Barry, I just edited the description on the 2dr HT Windsors in my database.Hard to imagine these are both entry level Chrysler Windsors ..they look top-of-the-line to me.
Interesting factoid...there were two 2-door hardtops in the Windsor line, the lower-priced Nassau and the fancier Newport. The Newport had a nicer interior - upgraded upholstery, door panels, carpet, etc. You can tell the difference from the exterior by the C-pillar trim. The Nassau had a "Nassau" script ('55 shown), the Newport had the 3 gold stars ('56 shown).
My '55 Windsor is the Newport:
which, for 1955, also included the chrome rocker panel molding that the Nassau shown lacks.
Your Newport is beautiful.

Had to go with a tie as both are very appealing in front and in back.

Love both but it's the more refined '55 that gets my vote.
