Mercury '54 to '56 are the best looking of the '50's. I don't care for the styling '57 - '60. Love the '55.
@pete-rovero Hey Pete, did my wife give you that portrait of me? 😁 I'll take the fiddy five also. I was hoping that DM would eventually give us the single headlights version of the '57 Merc.😟
57 for me. It was something different at the time. No other car came close. The 55 to me just looked like a Packard.
NO PHOTOS TODAY JOHN! If you posted them, they are NOT showing up on my screen. I know which Mercury I'll vote for, but it would be fun to see photos.

George, first I see them, then I don't. Not sure why? Same with the photos the responders added...I see them, then they disappear, then back again????NO PHOTOS TODAY JOHN! I don't know what the problem is, but the photos still DO NOT appear on the page for me. I see others photos on the page, but NOT your "Which One?" photos. Seems as though the internet gremlins are running amok again!

I vote for the '55 for the primary reason that I liked it before the '57 ever came out.
But, yes the proverbial "but", I like the '57 for the very reason that it was so vastly different and radical styled from any other Ford Motor Co. car, but also for '57 it was different from any other '57 from both General Motors and Chrysler Corp.
The other thing that is immediately apparent is the incredible change in styling in just two years. For this reason, this is one of the most interesting "Which Ones?" shared in quite awhile.
