An easy win for the 1969. It and the 1970 are to me the best looking Mustangs.

The ‘69 is my all around favorite Mustang, Ford got everything right, styling and performance!

The '69 Mustang (Mach I) is one of my favorites, second after the '66 2&2.  I give the nod to the '69 over the '68 relative to the Mach I as opposed to the Boss 429.

I would have presumed to like both equally. But thanks to you John, and your excellent comparison of both with front, side and rear views, I see I prefer the '69!!

I'll take the '68. Steve McQueen solidified that for me a long time ago.😁

Never cared for pony or sports cars, not comfortable with my butt so close to the road, and having to do the Limbo to get into them. They were not too low and tight inside, I was too big [6'2" and 250 lbs.].  Besides I always considered the first 5 years ['64  - '68] of the Mustang nothing but glorified Falcons which I considered cheap junk.

However I did like the styling and performance of the '69 -'70 particularly the '69 Boss 429.

Pony Cars I liked the styling of in order, never wanted to buy any, but would not turn any of these down today.

'70 Dodge Challenger T/A

'71 Plymouth Cuda 440x6

'69 Ford Mustang Boss 429

'67 '68 Cougar GT

'70 AMC AMX

'69 Chevrolet Camaro RS SS

'77 '78 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am [V grill and Sally Field did it for me]

At least I liked the styling of one of each make.

This is one of those "Which One's?" that I have to think about the one I'd take only if a gun were pointed at my head, and I'm forced to decide or have the pointer pull the trigger.  I'm not a fan of Mustangs from any year to be totally honest.  Don't know why, just never been Ga-Ga over them.  So after some thought I have to say I can't decide and hope the gun misfires.

I'll take the Mustang.  When 67 rolled out with the curved taillights, I thought that was very ingenious as you had not seed inward curved lights before.

I started thinking tie, but Steve McQueen convinced me otherwise. 1968 for me.

This wasn’t as hard as I thought. A tie but I like the 68 just a bit more than the 69. The 68 resembles my 2008 that I totaled. I miss that car.

Another tough one! I like the nimble-looking '68, but my heart belongs to the '69.

1967-68 Mustangs are my favorites so my choice today is 1968.  Prefer the more sculptured back end of the 1968 vs the flat 1969.
