These are not my favourite Thunderbirds, but of these two, I prefer the 1963.

The '64 has a great memory attached to it for me. My cousin got married and her new husband bought a '64 T-Bird for their Honeymoon! It was a red convertible, and my 9-year old self thought it was the coolest car ever!

The interiors are about the same. So, it gets down to design. I love both these cars a lot. The color on the '64 attracts me but i think I'd have to take the '63...I think...maybe...

I love the 61 & 62, but the 63 side treatment leaves me cold. Having said that, I still like that generation over its successor, of which the 64 is the purest version. So, tie.

After the beautiful "Square-Birds" for '58, '59, and '60, Thunderbird styling to my eyes just went south and fast.  Neither of tonight's "which one" feature would do anything for me.  I voted "sorry, no interest in this selection".

I like the more aggressive looking front end of the 64.

I love the '61 thru '63 T-Birds so it gets my vote.  The '64 doesn't do much for me looks wise.  I owned a black one years ago and didn't keep it too long as I didn't like the handling very much and the gas bill was outrageous.

Well, for me it will always be the '64. I was 16 (in 1969) and working as a lot boy for Continental Motors (Jaguar, MG's, Austin Americas) in Whittier,Ca. A lady had come in and traded in her immaculate '64 T-Bird on an XKE. Since the dealership wasn't interested in having a domestic car on their used lot, they offered it to me for the what they offered the original owner $869.00 !! This was 5 year old car, that originally sold for around $5000.00. It was a great (first) car.

T-birds: loved the baby Birds, liked the square Birds, did not care for the '61 - '63 styling at all, the '64 - '66 were all right, after '66 did not like T-birds at all until '87 - '89 Turbo Coupe which I liked..

I'm going with the '64 by the smallest of margins.
