Funny....in a slightly depressing kind of way. Lol.
Sad but true.

Thank goodness for supplemental insurance. I have 9 prescription drugs that I get every three months. Only one is in the higher tier, but isn't too expensive. The others are zero cost to me.
When I was young and didn't have to take any drugs at all, I never thought about the day when it would become a part of my financial budgeting. I'm okay though because I still have model cars in my budget as well.
Me too Tony. My scripts don't cost me anything thankfully. I told my doctor years ago that if he prescribed me anything costly the pharmacy would be keeping it. It's worked so far.😁Model cars comprise a portion (small portion, but still) of my medicinal intake.
My prescriptions are covered SO FAR but I must say the best medicine for me is the arrival of a new model!
Bob, model cars and cars in general are by far better than any drug that a pharmacy can dispense. When I was young and didn't have to take any drugs at all, I never thought about the day when it would become a part of my financial budgeting. I'm okay though because I still have model cars in my budget as well.

@sizedoesmatter You nailed it John and I believe everyone here on the forum agrees.
Think goodness I have Medicare and Humana. I lived in the Qatar & Canada, cost of prescription meds in those countries just a fraction of what they cost in the USA. Why are the same meds in the USA far more expensive than other countries?
