I don't believe it. I just tried to reply to a post and was asked to logon, clicked "I am not a robot" and was asked to do a Recaptcha "tick all the squares . .". exercise. I thought it might be a momentary glitch so I exited, went back in - and had to another goddam Recaptcha puzzle to get a "Welcome back". I thought that had died a death long ago.
Not only that, but this was my THIRD "Login or register to add topic" in one day (but this last one a few minutes ago was the only one with Recaptcha).
Flaky. Flaky.

I had to logon 4 times today with Recaptcha puzzle.

Having had to log on 3 times yesterday, I went back in this morning to see if there were any more responses to my Chevy Impala posts, and had to log in yet again. And Recaptcha rejected my first FOUR attempts at identifying bicycles, crosswalks, bridges, etc.
My identity hasn't changed, my web browser hasn't been updated, my system hasn't changed, I have "Remember me" checked. Why has this pain in the ass verification system raised its ugly head again? (said he, a trifle peevishly).
I think this annoying feature put off a lot of Forum users in the past, I hope it doesn't discourage any more folks if it persists.
