I love each of these. The one that made me laugh out loud unexpectedly was the one Geoff loved by Bill Dana. Also liked C.S. Lewis' analogy to cars. And, for me, it's too true! At my age I'm way overdue for an oil and filter change, tire rotation and an entire new exhaust system!
Every time I go in to donate blood I expect to hear that my blood type has been discontinued but they continue to take it. Perhaps they give it to other old people.
...all good; I wish Mark Twain were alive today!

Most times when I donate, they merely get sawdust!
They send me down to the sawmill. (It's very embarrassing.)
@bob-jackman Bob; I would think your donated blood is in great demand by gearheads....it has amazing car stuff running through it.
@jack-dodds Thanks Jack. I'm afraid the amazing stuff in my blood is all old school and outdated by today's standards.
@bob-jackman Yeah but what do they know?! Old school rules!
