More like a trickly Photoshop job, I think.

The general shape of the front end, the headlamps and sidelights and the windscreen/windshield and roof shape suggest it's based on a '58 Chevy. The "check mark" along the sides suggest a '58 Buick and the scallop shape on the rear flanks is either '58 Buick or Edsel. The double front grille is vaguely mid-50s Imperial but the grille mesh is wrong. No doubt someone else can identify details lifted from other makes.

Anyway, despite the overwrought styling of the '58 GM cars, they didn't come up with anything quite this ugly. But I'm sure the graphic artist concerned had a bit of fun putting it together.
