@bob-jackman No one wants to see an animal harmed Bob, so perhaps it's best that nowadays their punishment is minimal...like no treats for 24 hours.  In the olden days their sentence would often be 100 leashes.

@jack-dodds 100 leashes only after the police has them tailed.

Those mutts had better avoid illegal poker games; if the cops raid them they might spend time in the pen...and nobody likes the chow in the can.
