Several listings show up on a Google search. But availability seems to be sketchy. Amazon has this product, this product.

I found one or two websites suggesting these colour washes are still available. It looks as if they are simply a range of ready-thinned paints which provide a kind of light "staining" effect rather than a dense, opaque colour coat. I get the impression they are maybe really intended for things like wooden dolls house furniture, or for giving a colour cast to cockpit canopies, that kind of thing..

I found comments on this website saying they don't always work all that well.

"The detailer" Ready to use washes - FineScale Modeler - Essential magazine for scale model builders, model kit reviews, how-to scale modeling, and scale modeling products

but I guess you can always find poor reviews of any product.

I noted one comment that Tamiya transparent colours might do the job. Or of course you could follow the instructions for making your own "black wash" in a recent post in this Forum and simply substitute any colour you want rather than black!
