There may be other reasons, but you gotta keep on eye on us old-timers.:)@sizedoesmatter So that's why people are watching me?

Most of the models pictured could pass for 1:1.
IMO 1963 was a great year for the automakers.

I'm shocked no one yet has chimed in with a 1/18 1963 Corvette.
I think the best one ever done was by GMP-Master's (Masterpiece? ) Edition. It was a 1/18 GMP done at a CMC level! Second best '63 Vette replicas have to be by Autoart, right?
None of youz out there have either? 😧 😳
While selling my collection I kept my AutoArt '63 C2 convertible in silver/blue metallic. It is just too beautiful to let go..I may die before I ever sell it..lol. I'm not sure that I could ever find any "faults or imperfections" with it but then again I'm not looking for any... I ❤️ it ! I wish I'd been wise enough to get that GMP '65. I think it was because I thought the price too high.

Chris,
I had the dark blue '63 by Ertl when first released. Yep, it was bad...right ? In 2018 I finally got around to trying to fix what bothered me most. Its wheel/tire stance. After hours of work and negating the steerable tires I managed to fit the tires inside the wheel wells and raise them up to give the model what I perceived as the proper height. I wish I'd had taken pics. I was so proud of my work and that cheap Ertl Vette looked like a million bucks to me.
