Sergio, you are a fantastic business person. I did not buy one of the Wildcats, but bought one of your 1961 Impalas, which I like very much.

My '63 Buick arrived today and has the script issue. I managed to remove the script as it is water soluble but unfortunately it is so fine I couldn't save it for reuse. I must add that it is a gorgeous model; I love the '63 best of the 60s Buicks.
Sergio, stepping up to the plate like this is why you have so many friends around here.
An old adage in retail applies here:
"Upset just a few customers and their word-of-mouth criticism will spread like wildfire. In contrast, exhibit exemplary customer service and only a handful of people will ever know."
My point: This "script situation" had the potential to get real ugly, real fast. Sergio's swift response & remedy mitigates that "word-of-mouth criticism" brilliantly. Well done, very well done!
It is easy to see how this was missed as I certainly missed it on mine. As Barry said, "You are truly a gentleman".
Anyone aware of any follow-up on this issue of the upside-down script?

@moe-parr I have recently been in touch with Sergio and as a result am aware that his resolution is coming as promised.....no surprise there.

@moe-parr Nothing more yet. I assume Sergio is waiting for replacements from the factory.
@goldvarg Sergio - if possible I would like to get on the list for a replacement. Thanks!
Sergio, I too would like to get on the list for a replacement. I have the Aqua version. Thanks
