The Hawks have landed!

Interesting that this model hasn't shown up on the GLM website, not even in the "Coming Soon" section.

The Modellautos Budig website has been saying the shop is "temporarily closed" for more than a week now. The GT Hawk isn't shown anywhere on the site and his "View items for sale " page on eBay is blank.

Online searches for Studebaker GT Hawk + GLM also draw a complete blank.

What? Nobody wants to take my money off me?

p.s. (2 hours later) Have just discovered via MAR Online that these models have been made to order by GLM but are not part of their "own brand" range.

Anyone have any idea of the price?

when GLM produces exclusive models for us, they don’t usually post pictures on their website. Models were just shipped to Budig this last week, so he has not had an opportunity to photograph them yet. You may contact him for specifics.

You can obtain any of the four colors from Dannefer’s Automobilia (dxd79@case.edu) or dirn44@gmail.com. Price is $129.00 each.

Managed to contact Robert Budig and he has put down an advance order on one for me.

My only problem now is raising the cash. Just by way of experiment I've spent the evening trying to get my 70 year old wife into her old miniskirt and fishnet tights but even with a complex system of ropes and pulleys, a torque wrench and generous applications of local anaesthetic it's proving to be harder than expected. Oh my, the things we do in pursuit of our dreams.

LOL !!!  Whatever it takes so long as you get the Studebaker.
