Apparently the name Ferrari in Italy is like Jones here in the U.S. This is a cute little vehicle.

As cute as a bug. In European countries where roads are narrow, it is at its peak.
So ugly it's cute and certainly something different.
I love it! I can just imagine driving it out in the twisties, running the engine up to the redline, banging through the gears, down shifting before the curves, cutting the apexes, coming out of the corners at full chat...all at 14 MPH!
