After looking at your excellent choice in cars and photographs, John, I actually surprised myself.
I find myself leaning towards 1959 heavily! I like the gradual rise of the '59's fins, as opposed to the abrupt elevation of the last part of the '58's. I favor the front bumper design and grillwork as well.
So, for me, '59, '58 then '60.
1958 gets an easy win. Tie for the other two.

58,59 and 60. It was very close between the 58 and 59 but the 60 was definitely last.
Don't care for any of them, '56 and before are only all right, I have to wait to '65 before I care for Plymouth styling.
Today I take the lessor of three evils the '59. '58, last the '60.
While neither of the three really do anything for me, I'll go with the '60. Of the Big THEE entry level cars, I always thought Plymouth just couldn't find their way. Chevy and Ford beat them every year for my taste.

Thought it was funny that in 1961 Plymouth "plucked" of their tail fins of the previous four years, but then they forgot to put taillights on the car. So they placed a couple of "flashlights" on the sides of each rear fender. Hilarious!

These were not banner years for Plymouth in my opinion. Styling was extreme and I do recall major quality control issues during that period. If you liked extreme fins, you likely liked the looks. I would just as soon forget them. Sorry.
I too do not care for any of these, but I chose the 59 only for the paint color.
None of these cars do much for me I'm afraid but of the three I much prefer the styling of the '59.
It took me all of 2 seconds to pick the 60. I just love its "way out there" styling !

'58, easy win for me.
In my opinion, '59 was change for the sake of change for the worse, and the all-new '60 was even worse. The '60 Dodge, on the other hand, was a big improvement over the previous years!

‘59 without a hesitation, those headlight eyebrows that continue down and around the wheel openings on the ‘60 still look ridiculous to me.
