@sizedoesmatter I’m thinking aftermarket or dealer installed side mounts would sit on top of the fenders whereas factory installed would have the front fenders cut out and panned
to bring them lower, the ones shown on the example look totally awkward and ruin the lines of the car IMO. The Plymouth side mount looks factory correct and very nice to me.

A little too early for me, but I think the Plymouth looks the most pleasing.😊

Love all 3...Ford with the high and mighty side-mounted spares is #1, followed by the Plymouth and Chevrolet.
