I like the lower hood line of the Buick better. I like the wider grille better on the New Yorker. A touch too much schmaltz on the GM and a unflattering color on the Chrysler.
Tough choice but I am going with the New Yorker for cleaner overall appearance.

All GM cars for 41 were beautiful IMO. Buick easily wins for me.

I like both. Close to a tie but I have a slight preference for the New Yorker

I like it when the "Which One?" is challenging. This one is! Both cars would look great in my driveway. But, by the slightest of margins, I choose the BUICK if I were given the choice to have just one.
I do though, like the color of the Chrysler.

Both cars have their positives, but the bold in your face look of the Buick gets my vote. I bet the Buick turned more heads back in its day, it makes a much louder statement.

Chrysler for me, it just has a subdued elegance about it. JMHO though. 😁
