Always liked both. We watched "Driving Miss Daisy" last night and it renewed my affection for the Hudson. Even better looking in this 2 door offering. Ahead-of-its-time styling!

Hudson '48 to '54, Olds '57, 62, 63. '54 I actually prefer the Mercury.

Another excellent comparison John!  I love both of these cars, especially in 2drht. form, but give the very slight edge to the Oldsmobile.

I like both and the Oldsmobile is the more modern looking of the pair. I do prefer the Hudson, however.

I really do dislike voting TIE, but today I have to.  Being 1951 is my birth year and bring that I like both cars a lot, I have to vote TIE.
