Poll: Which '51? (9/2/2021)

I went with the more updated looking Olds. 

Ditto.

They seem to be pretty much twins but I prefer the trim lines of the Oldsmobile.

I love both but went with the Olds for it's drive train.

I’m with Bob,love the styling of both these beauties but the drivetrain of the Oldsmobile is miles ahead of the Buick.

As much as I like the Buick, it doesn't win out over the OLDSMOBILE!  Man, they were gorgeous cars in the Fifties.  

When I read the comparison choices, I immediately thought Buick, but after expanding the photos and looking closely at them, I can't help but think that despite the fact you can definitely tell they came from the same shell, the Oldsmobile just brings it together in a far better way. What a beauty.

Oldsmobile wins out for me too.

Gosh, these were big!  And in 1951 power brakes, steering, and the rest were rare, often unavailable.  My '51 was a Chevy, but I remember admiring a neighbor's Oldsmobile.  So it's Olds for me.

The Olds looks more modern, but the Buick looks more "ritzy" to me...ritzy wins

The Oldsmobile has the OHV V8 and the 4 speed Hydra-mantic in its favor, but the Roadmaster is drop dead gorgeous so it gets my vote.

While the Oldsmobile is very merry, I'd really rather have the Buick. 

Buick nose and tail end look better IMHO.
