Lincoln, the Caddy is too big, and bloated. It has too much chrome and I think it’s ugly.

I love the design of this iconic Cadillac. The Lincoln seems a bit bland in comparison.

What HE said!
Cadidillac all the way!
I agree with Mr. Jacobs word for word. Lincoln looks better.
Lincoln also for the reasons stated
Retired in Dunedin, Florida.
I love the Cadillac because it's big, bloated and has all of that chrome. If you are going to have a luxury car, make sure people know you're driving one.
As usual, I don't care for luxury cars, but I think the Lincoln looks better today. I would put the Mercury headlight surrounds on it though, looks unfinished from the factory.

Nicely stated Bob! Just me though as I don’t like to attract any attention. Now, when I had that Trans-Am, the story was different!

- Caddy by the slimmest of margins. The Lincoln doesn't really give an upscale vibe. It could easily be mistaken for a Merc. You're not going to mistake the Caddy for anything else. JMHO though. 😁
The Cadillac just looks more luxurious.
If you saw a Cadillac drive by in 1953, you imagined the driver was the either a movie star, a mafioso, the president of a major company, or maybe even the President of the United States. When you saw a Lincoln drive by you figured it was a semi-successful shoe salesman who got snookered at the local F/L/M dealership!
