'56 Chevrolet or Ford?

I'm liking the racy Ford this morning, but I'm not sure I might change my mind.

Love both. For '55 I am about equal on Ford and Chevy appreciation. But for '56 I like the teardrop rear wheel opening of the Chevy over the other two tri-fives and better than the '56 Ford.

The '56 Ford styling is awesome, especially the rear perspective; it is my favorite Ford of its decade. It would be the reverse order in '55 however. IMHO Ford and Chevrolet are extremely close through the Tri-Five years and I would be proud to own any one (or more) of them.

'56 is my least favorite of the Chevy "Tri-Fives" so I go with the Ford.

I have to go with the Ford as I had one in 1960 with factory A/C. This was a tough decision never the less.

I like the skirts on the '56 Ford and think the Chevy should have them too. Not fan of the wide opening on the rear Chevy fenders.

Though I do like the Chevy, next to the FORD it pales in comparison. FORD FOR ME PLEASE! And love the skirts on it. Plus the dash is new for '56 and far better than Chevy's repeat performance from '55.

Love the '56 Ford 😍 , dislike the '56 Chevy ☹ . Love the '55 Chevy, like the '57, dislike the '56. Love the '56 Ford, like the '55, '57 is all right.
